“Crystal went above and beyond in every way imaginable to help my fiancée and me find the perfect condo in SF. I had worked with Crystal a couple years prior when I was single, and mildly interested in buying a house. We made an offer back then on a place I liked, and were heavily outbid. “Crystal recently helped me buy a home in Daly City, CA. My mortgage borrower recommended her to me. This was my first time buying a home, and her expertise and advice was invaluable. She did a great job of finding out what I wanted and set up a customized search for me. She was very patient even after losing a couple of houses initially. The best is the post-sale service she provides. We had an incident which caused some damage to our new cabinets right after we moved in.
